Welcome to the Rhine-Main Platform of CoreNet Global's Central Europe Chapter.

Located in the heart of Germany, our platform connects real estate professionals from Frankfurt to Mainz, Darmstadt, Bad Homburg, and the wider region. Through events that address both emerging trends and long-term industry developments - such as digital transformation, risk management, strategic portfolio management, and employee well-being - we provide a space for real estate professionals to build trusted relationships, enabling deeper insights into industry challenges and opportunities, while supporting young professionals in shaping sustainable and successful careers. Since 2025, the platform has been led by Jessica Cwyk (Deka Immobilien) and Florian Scheef (Fresenius Medical Care), who continue our tradition of hosting engaging, forward-thinking events.

We explored key qualitative and quantitative aspects that define a modern corporate HQ. The visit provided valuable insights into the future of workplace strategy and corporate real estate. Discussions focused on how such spaces create identity and resonance, the requirements they must fulfill today, and how to build a viable business case despite increased demands in location and quality.
